The Semi-Grand Opening of Connections was a big hit! The place looked great, the coffee was hot and the music was smokin. Featured was the Pittsburgh All-Star Little Big Band. Their bright full sound was perfect for a grand opening, or even a semi one. Check them out in the video at right.
As the video pans, you’ll notice Ted Hamilton on the coffee machines and Ted’s lovely wife, Kelly, trying to get away from the camera lens. And the guy picking up a little boy is Greg Voss picking up Alden, his son. The concept of what has become Connections had been a dream of Greg’s for sometime. It was mainly through the efforts of Greg and Ted, with the support of many from New Hope and CSF, that Connections came into reality. Congratulations to Greg and Ted on a job well done.
BTW if you are wondering, I understand the title “Semi-Grand” implies that a second, even bigger Grand Opening is planned. Stay tuned.
